Our soap decks are hand crafted from natural pine and measure 4-1/4" x 2-1/2" x 3/4" thick. The edges are beveled and lightly sanded in a manner that allows water to drain completely through the deck and away from your soap. Each deck is natural with no stains or preservatives. There is no glue used in the construction, it is one solid piece of wood. The Yellow Pine used to make these soap decks has a sap content in the wood itself that helps keep them from becoming waterlogged.
